Warranty On Squiggle Bikes

We are pleased to advise that we warrant our Squiggle bikes for 2 years. That’s right! For 2 years you get piece of mind that our product will survive your Squiggle riders antics. The only exception to this, is that our batteries have a 6 month warranty.  Batteries can be replaced at any time – talk to your Squiggle resellers for details.

Returns

If for some very unusual reason your Squiggle bike needs to be returned to us, we will cover the cost of repair/replacement and freight back to you. The only cost for you as a customer, is the freight to our Squiggle support centre to determine the nature of the problem.

30-Day Easy Return Policy

At Squiggle Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day easy return policy. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Squiggle Blue bike, you may return the unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, excluding delivery costs. Please make sure the original packaging is included in the return otherwise a 10% charge will be held from your initial purchase and will not be able to be refunded to you.
